I always find the fragrance of the celery complement very well with pork for some reasons!
Ingredients: (make 10 medium size burgers)
- 500g pork mince
- about 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- a large bunch of parsley (finely chopped)
- same amount of celery leaves (finely chopped)
- salt and pepper to taste
- about 2 tbsp olive oil
- about 2 tbsp soy sauce
- about 2 tbsp corn flour
