For someone interested in the food-making process, I find making noodles at home therapeutic. Although it could be time-consuming, the transformation from the basic ingredients that we all can all find in our store-cupboard to a delicious plate of noodles is worth the efforts.
For these noodles, I was using a Korean brand plain flour that I bought before March lockdown. It has been hidden deep in the cupboard that waiting for its time to get to work!
