The ice cream is made of roasted orange flesh sweet potato and coconut milk and sweeten with golden syrup for the some caramelise flavour. The creamy ice cream is compliment with various other textures: honey sweetened purple sweet potato mash, tuile and roasted skin crisps.
Very happy with the colours combination and flavours...Not bad for doing all these by experiment without any recipes!
