It is nice to cook with fresh mushroom, especially with some butter and lot of garlic, but I find the re-hydrated mushroom has more flavour and the texture goes very well with slow-cooked Chinese pork dishes.
I am interested in all different types of edible mushroom. For the next growing season at the allotment, I am planning to grow my mushroom.
One day I want to go to the forest and learn how to forage wild mushroom from an expert. I know it will be a good experience!
